Rebrand Software, LLC is the author and copyright holder to the Program Source Code used in the creation of WatchTVRightNow, as well as the owner of development licenses with distribution rights for any third party software components used in the creation of WatchTVRightNow.
On 7/18/2008, Rebrand Software, LLC used their source code to create a compiled program titled WatchTVRightNow. Rebrand Software, LLC then transferred Full Resell Rights for the compiled program, titled WatchTVRightNow, to watchtvrightnow.com. watchtvrightnow.com is now the legal owner of Full Resell Rights to the Compiled Program named WatchTVRightNow.
These rights are all inclusive. watchtvrightnow.com in not restricted in any way when they distribute, sell, give away, or transfer rights to copies of their compiled program, titled WatchTVRightNow. watchtvrightnow.com is the owner all of all graphics, logos, and websites associated with WatchTVRightNow, which may be covered by U.S. and international trademark laws. Rebrand Software is entitled to use this information in limited ways as outlined in the RebrandSoftware.com user agreement.
The Full Resell Rights obtained by watchtvrightnow.com do not include rights to change or modify any portion of WatchTVRightNow, do not signify ownership of the source code used to create WatchTVRightNow, and do not give the right to reverse engineer any part of WatchTVRightNow. Any attempt to do so is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.
